Who we are

Alex and Rachel Swick

Owners

We are a dedicated husband-and-wife team with a shared
passion for real estate. By day, Alex is a high school
principal, and Rachel is a Teacher of Students with
Visual Impairments and Orientation and Mobility
Instructor. Together, we balance our commitment to
education and family with our enthusiasm for real
estate investments.

Real estate is more than a business for us; it's a
lifelong passion. We thrive on the thrill of finding
that perfect property, revitalizing spaces through the
rehab process, and most importantly, filling our homes
with happy tenants who are excited to settle in. With
three kids, ten spoiled dogs, two horses, and chickens
rounding out our family, our approach is grounded in
community, responsibility, and a love for building
homes that people are proud to call their own.

We believe in creating value not just for ourselves,
but for every person involved in our properties.
